Amendments to National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations and Consequential Amendments
On June 12, 2019, amendments to the following rule came into force under the Securities Act:
- National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations (NI 31-103).
NI 31-103 was amended to align the permissible custodial practices in section 14.6.1 of NI 31-103 with the similar permitted custodial practices for investment funds in subsection 6.8(2) of National Instrument 81-102 Investment Funds.
