Rowan’s Law (Concussion Safety), 2018
Order in Council 767/2019 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Rowan’s Law (Concussion Safety), 2018. The proclamation was issued on May 16, 2019. The proclamation was amended by a proclamation issued on June 11, 2020 as directed by Order in Council 917/2020. An amendment to the proclamation, as amended, is now desired.
Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, amend the proclamation by striking out “January 1, 2021” in clause (b) and substituting “July 1, 2021”.
