Health Information Protection Act, 2016
Order in Council 984/2022 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Health Information Protection Act, 2016. The proclamation was issued on April 14, 2022. An amendment to the proclamation is now desired.
Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, amend the proclamation by striking out “September 30, 2022” and substituting “March 31, 2023”.
