Order in Council 871/2022 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2020. The proclamation was issued on March 31, 2022. An amendment to the proclamation is now desired.
Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, amend the proclamation by revoking clauses (b) to (h).

Health Information Protection Act, 2016
Order in Council 984/2022 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Health Information Protection Act, 2016. The proclamation was issued on April 14, 2022. The proclamation was amended by a proclamation issued on September 29, 2022 as directed by Order in Council 1315/2022. The revocation of the proclamation, as amended, is now desired.
Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, revoke the proclamation.
