working for workers act, 2021
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,
- July 1, 2023 as the day on which the following provisions of the Working for Workers Act, 2021, c. 35, which amend the Employment Standards Act, 2000, come into force:
Schedule 2, s. 1, 5 to 8, 10, 11, 13 to 19, 22 to 32, 33 (3).
- January 1, 2024 as the day on which the following provision of the Working for Workers Act, 2021, c. 35, which amends the Employment Standards Act, 2000, comes into force:
