RE: Part of southwest half of lot 7 and part of the east half of lot 7, concession 1, (geographic township of drummond), township of drummond-north elmsley, being part 1 on a draft reference plan, signed by Francis Lau, O.L.S and dated the 15th day of January, 2025, being part of the PIN 05165-0777 (LT)

The said plan is available for inspection at Barker Willson, 31 Foster Street, Perth ON K7H 1R8

Take notice that 1394706 Ontario INC., herein called the Applicant, intends to apply to be registered as the owner with an absolute title to the above-described land.

And take notice that any person claiming to have any title to or interest in the said land or any part of it is required on or before March 5, 2025 to file a statement of objection, which sets out the nature and extent of the interest claimed in the objection, together with all evidence, documents or legal provisions and precedents relied upon in support of the objection, directed to the land registrar at the address of the solicitor at the following address:

Barker Willson Professional Corporation, 31 Foster Street, Perth ON K7H 1R8, Attention: Scott B. Hughes

If no such statement of objection is filed by March 5, 2025 I will proceed with the application and any interest you may claim in the subject property will be thereby extinguished and you will not be entitled to receive any further notice with respect to the proceedings.
