On the 4th day of April 2022, Albert Gelman Inc. (“AGI” or “Liquidator”) was appointed, pursuant to an order made by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (“Court”), as Liquidator of 1827403 Ontario Inc. and 1950979 Ontario Inc. (collectively the “Companies”), carrying on business at 2964 Eagle’s Cliff Lane, Lakefield, Ontario. AGI was appointed the purposes of winding up the Companies.
Take notice that on 27th day of January 2025, the Court ordered that AGI finalize the wind-up of the Company as is reasonably practicable. On July 14, 2025, the Companies were dissolved.
