Notice hereby given that the following information was published incorrectly:

Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution filed with the Sheriff of City of Toronto dated January 21, 2020 under writ file number 20 0000477, the real and personal property of Collis Lambert, Debtor, at the request of Daniel Rheaume, Creditor(s), I have seized and taken in execution all the right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Collis Lambert, Debtor(s) in and to: Unit 9, Level 28, Toronto Standard Condominium Plan No. 20290 and it appurtenant, subject to and together with easement as set out in schedule A as in AT2415676; City of Toronto being PIN 13090-0833 LT , Unit 157, Level B, Toronto Standard Condominium Plan No. 20290 and it appurtenant, subject to and together with easement as set out in schedule A as in AT2415676; City of Toronto being PIN 13090-1339 LT, Unit 9, Level 28, Toronto Standard Condominium Plan No. 20290 and it appurtenant, subject to and together with easement as set out in schedule A as in AT2415676; City of Toronto being PIN 13090-0833 LT, Unit 354, Level B, Toronto Standard Condominium Plan No. 20290 and it appurtenant, subject to and together with easement as set out in schedule A as in AT2415676; City of Toronto being PIN 13090-1536 LT, municipally known as: 25 Capreol Court, Unit 3210, Toronto, ON. All of which said right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Collis Lambert, Debtor(s), in the said lands and tenements described above, I shall offer for sale by Public Auction subject to the conditions set out below at, 393 University Avenue, Floor 6, Toronto, ON M5G 1E5, on January 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
