The public sale held on January 13, 2026, was aborted and the enforcement office is now selling through sealed bids; I shall offer for sale by Sealed Bid subject to the conditions set out below:
The sale of the aforementioned property is subject to the following terms and conditions:
The purchaser to assume responsibility for all mortgages, charges, liens, outstanding taxes, and other encumbrances. No representation is made regarding the title of the land or any other matter relating to the interest to be sold. Vacant possession is not included in the sale of this property. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser(s). The bid and deposit must be submitted in a sealed envelope to 393 University Avenue, 6th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, clearly marked as a bid for the property at 2338-68 Corporate Drive, Scarborough, ON M1H 3H3 and includes bidders’ information. The bid must include ten (10%) of the bid price, all payment to be made by certified cheque, bank draft or money order. All sealed bids and deposits must be received by close of day July 31, 2026, 5 pm). Any bids or incomplete bids received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
