Sheriff’s Sale of Lands
Under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution filed with the Sheriff of City of Toronto dated December 6, 2000 under writ file number No. 00-00013481, the real and personal property of Artemis Tourkos Debtor, at the request of Schnier Holdings Limited Creditor(s), I have seized and taken in execution all the right, title, interest and equity of redemption, Artemis Tourkos Debtor(s) in and to LT 245 PL 1964 Scarborough, Toronto, City of Toronto, municipally known as 17 Haddon Avenue, Scarborough, ON., M1N 2K7
All of which said right, title, interest and equity of redemption of, Artemis Tourkos Debtor(s), in the said lands and tenements described above, I shall offer for Sale by Sealed Bids. The public sale held on April 30, 2026, was aborted and the enforcement office is now selling through sealed bids.
The sale of the aforementioned property is subject to the following terms and conditions:
The purchaser to assume responsibility for all mortgages, charges, liens, outstanding taxes, and other encumbrances. No representation is made regarding the title of the land or any other matter relating to the interest to be sold. Vacant possession is not included in the sale of this property. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser(s). All sealed bids must be submitted by August 31, 2026, 5:00 pm. The bid and deposit must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as a bid for the subject property, file number. Your name and contact details. Any bid received after the closing.

A deposit of 10% of bid price, either by bank draft, money order, or certified cheque, payable to Minister of Finance.

- Non-refundable – Failure of the successful bidder to comply with these terms and conditions may result in a forfeit of any deposits paid at the time of the sale or any time thereafter.
