Notice is Hereby Given that on behalf of the Roman Catholic Diocese of St. Catharines in Ontario application will be made to the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario for an An Act respecting The Roman Catholic Diocese of St. Catharines in Ontario. The purpose of this Act is to establish that the entity known as the Roman Catholic episcopal Corporation for the Diocese of St. Catharines, In Canada is a predecessor to the Roman Catholic Diocese of St. Catharines in Ontario.

The application may be considered by the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs. Any person who has an interest in the application and who wishes to make submissions, for or against the application, to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs should notify, in writing, the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly, Legislative Building, Queen’s Park, Toronto, Ontario, M7A 1A2.
