Bulletin content:
Following a review of the Land Registration Bulletins currently available on the Government of Ontario website (www.ontario.ca) it was determined that a number of Bulletins were no longer applicable.
The following Bulletins are hereby revoked:

79016 – Succession Duty Act | Repealed by Succession Duty Legislation Repeal Act, 2009. |
79019 – Conveyancing and Law of Property Act | Paper abstracting procedures where freehold and leasehold interests have merged no longer apply due to automation. |
80013 – Registry Act Ruling Out | Superseded by deletion procedures contained in Sections 56 and 67 of the Registry Act. |
81020 – Power Corporation Act Lien & Charge | Sections of this Act that allowed the lien/charge to be registered have been repealed. |
82010 - Cautions | Superseded by Bulletin 2000-2 and Red Tape Reduction Act, 1998 amendments to Cautions. |
84008 – Construction Lien Act (CLA) Letter of Credit | Letter of Credit is specifically provided for in the CLA |
89008 – Cautions | Superseded by Bulletin 2000-2. |
91002 – RST</p> | Replaced by Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) |
The Ministry will continue to review Bulletins to ensure their applicability.
