On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Trudy Spinks was appointed a Deputy Public Guardian and Trustee at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective February 16, 2000, by Order in Council O.C. 234/2000;

And whereas Trudy Spinks is no longer employed by the Public Guardian and Trustee;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 1(1) of the Public Guardian and Trustee Act, Order in Council O.C. 234/2000 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
