On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 1(1) of the Public Guardian and Trustee Act, Sidney Peters of Toronto be appointed as Public Guardian and Trustee for Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective the date this Order in Council is made;

And that Orders in Council O.C. 265/2014 and O.C. 621/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
