On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 49(2)(g) and subsection 49(6) of the Courts of Justice Act, O.C. 1585/2023 dated November 2 2023 appointing Jovica Palashevski as a member of the Ontario Judicial Council be revoked, effective July 1, 2025.
