Order in Council 1052/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Director of the Family Responsibility Office was appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 907/2020 dated June 11, 2020;

And whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council is of the opinion that the holder of the office is no longer able to perform the duties of Director;

Therefore, pursuant to section 2 of the Family Responsibility and Support Arrears Enforcement Act, 1996, S.O. 1996, Chapter 31,

George Karlos of Toronto

beappointed Director of the Family Responsibility Office, with all of the powers and duties of the Director and subject to the terms and conditions of the Family Responsibility and Support Arrears Enforcement Act, 1996, to hold office pursuant to section 2 of that Act.

And furthermore, that Order in Council 907/2020 is hereby revoked.
