Order in Council 1060/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas subsection 110(3) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, provides that the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall designate one of the vice-chairs of the Ontario Labour Relations Board to be the alternate chair;

And whereas Lindsay Lawrence was reappointed as a full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board by Order in Council 1059/2023, dated July 27, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 110(3) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995,

Lindsay Lawrence of Toronto

be designated as alternate chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the later of September 2, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
