Order in Council 1070/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9 (2) and 10(1) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c.16, Nicola Simone, of Toronto, be reappointed as a member of the Board of Metrolinx and designated as Chair of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding one year, effective the later of August 16, 2025 and the date this Order is made. Further, Order in Council O.C. 331/2025 is hereby revoked effective the later of August 16, 2025 and the date the Order in Council is made.
