On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 8(1) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, as amended,

Nancy Macdonald-Duncan of Hillsdale

be appointed as Deputy Fire Marshal, Fire Investigations, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective the date this Order in Council is made, for a period not to exceed three years from the effective date of this appointment.
