On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, Geneviève Debané of Toronto be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the later of November 30, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, that Order in Council O.C. 1294/2021 dated September 23, 2021, reappointing Geneviève Debané as full-time vice chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board, be revoked effective the later of November 30, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
