On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Vera Ranieri was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective November 2, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1598/2023;

And whereas Vera Ranieri tendered her resignation effective November 21, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1598/2023 be revoked effective November 21, 2023.
