On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

is designated as Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission for a term not exceeding one (1) year, effective on April 15, 2020.
