Order in Council 1123/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5.1(2) of the Victims’ Bill of Rights, 1995, Susy Guadron of Toronto be appointed as part-time member of the Office for Victims of Crime, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
