On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of Ontario Regulation 651/21 made under the Endangered Species Act, 2007, the Order in Council 328/2023 dated March 16, 2023, appointing Samuel VanderVeer of Cobourg as member of the Species at Risk Conservation Trust is hereby revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
