Order in Council 1251/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Michael Kraljevic was appointed as full-time member and chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective February 11, 2023, by Order in Council 3/2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, effective April 1, 2025, Michael Kraljevic be remunerated at the rate for an executive chair set out in Table 1 of Schedule 2 to Order in Council O.C. 1247/2025, as may be amended from time to time.

Further, Michael Kraljevic shall be eligible for benefits, including vacation, comparable to the benefit entitlements of OPS executives in the Senior Management Group and be entitled to elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan.

And further, Michael Kraljevic shall be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses while engaged in the business of the Ontario Land Tribunal in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.

In the event of a conflict between this Order in Council and a prior Order in Council relating to remuneration in respect of the period commencing April 1, 2025, this Order in Council prevails.

And further, that Order in Council O.C. 380/2023 dated March 23, 2023, be revoked.
