On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Honourable Justice Timothy R. Lipson was reappointed as regional senior judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the Toronto Region by Order in Council O.C. 916/2016, for a term of three years ending September 1, 2019;

And whereas Regional Senior Justice Lipson has advised that he will be ending his term effective September 9, 2017;

Therefore, O.C. 916/2016 is revoked, effective September 9, 2017.
