On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sancia Pinto was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective April 11, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 133/2023;

And whereas Sancia Pinto tendered her resignation effective November 4, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 133/2023 be revoked effective November 4, 2023.
