On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 369/2023, the Lieutenant Governor in Council reappointed Gary Couillard as part-time member of the Big Game Management Advisory Committee for a period not extending beyond September 30, 2025, effective on March 25, 2023;

And whereas Gary Couillard passed away;

Pursuant to section 13 of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act, Order in Council O.C. 369/2023 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
