On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council 1191/2017 made June 14, 2017, the Minister of Finance is authorized to enter into various loan agreements;

And Whereas it is considered desirable to amend Order in Council 1191/2017;

Therefore, paragraph 1(a) of Order in Council 1191/2017 is amended by deleting the words “maximum principal amount of $66 million” and replacing them with “maximum principal amount of $68 million”.
