Order in Council 1271/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereasthe Minister of Health has recommended to the Lieutenant Governor in Council that a Supervisor be appointed for Stevenson Memorial Hospital under subsection 9(1) of the Public Hospitals Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.40, as amended;

And whereas the Minister of Health has given the board of Stevenson Memorial Hospital at least 14 days notice before making such recommendation to the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

And whereas, the Lieutenant Governor in Council considers it in the public interest that a Supervisor be appointed for Stevenson Memorial Hospital;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Public Hospitals Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.40, as amended,

Eric Hanna of Stittsville

is hereby appointed as Supervisor for Stevenson Memorial Hospital to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective as of the date this Order in Council is made;

And further, the Supervisor shall be paid such remuneration and expenses as the Lieutenant Governor in Council may determine.
