On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sandeep Johal was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three-years, effective November 20, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1321/2022;

And whereas Sandeep Johal tendered his resignation effective July 7, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Order in Council O.C. 1321/2022 be revoked effective July 7, 2025.
