On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Jamie Min of Peterborough be appointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending May 28, 2027.

Further, whereas Jamie Min was appointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective May 29, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 648/2025;

Further, whereas Jamie Min was reappointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective March 14, 2026, by Order in Council O.C. 66/2026;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 648/2025 and Order in Council 66/2026 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
