On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, Order in Council O.C. 1112/2025, dated September 4, 2025, be amended by:

Replacing “effective the date this Order in Council is made” with “effective the later of December 8, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made”.
