On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Marla Burstyn was reappointed as full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective February 20, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 34/2022;

And whereas Marla Burstyn tendered her resignation effective July 1, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 34/2022 be revoked effective July 1, 2023.
