On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

In accordance with subsection 27 (2) of the Line Fences Act, Brian Donaldson is appointed as Deputy Referee for the appeals division comprised of all lands in Ontario, effective as of the date of this Order to hold office for a term of three (3) years.
