On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4(4) of the Social Work and Social Service Work Act, 1998,

    1. If a Lieutenant Governor in Council-appointed member of the Council (of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers) is elected as Chair of the Council, such member shall be compensated at the rate of $225 per diem;
    2. If a Lieutenant Governor in Council-appointed member of the Council (of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers) is elected as Vice-Chair of the Council, such member shall be compensated at the rate of $175 per diem;
    3. Other Lieutenant Governor in Council-appointed members of the Council shall be compensated at the rate of $150 per diem.
  2. Appointees shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Council in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.

And further that Order in Council 1876/2000 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
