On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Karen Dawson of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending on October 20, 2026.
