On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Executive Council Act, Order in Council OC-1305/2023, dated September 4, 2023, which appointed the Honourable Todd J. McCarthy, Minister without Portfolio as Associate Minister of Transportation, Ministry of Transportation is hereby revoked, effective September 22, 2023.
