On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 5 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993, the appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Clean Water Agency of Mitchell Zamojc by Order in Council 570/2022 approved and ordered on March 10, 2022 is hereby revoked, effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
