On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Subuola Awoleri of Kleinburg be reappointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending on November 20, 2026.

Further, whereas Subuola Awoleri was appointed as a full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of five years effective November 21, 2021 by Order in Council O.C. 1529/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1529/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
