On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Anita Lovrich was reappointed as full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective September 2, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 747/2023;

And whereas Anita Lovrich tendered her resignation effective September 19, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Order in Council O.C. 747/2023 be revoked effective September 19, 2025.
