On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas George Nikolov was appointed as a part-time member of the Justices of the Peace Review Council for a term of four years, effective December 16, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1763/2021;

And whereas George Nikolov tendered his resignation effective September 25, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and clause 8(3)(g) of the Justices of the Peace Act, Order in Council O.C. 1763/2021 be revoked effective September 25, 2025.
