On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas James Campbell was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective March 31, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 1497/2024;

And whereas James Campbell tendered his resignation effective August 23, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 1497/2024 be revoked effective August 23, 2025.
