On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5.1(2) of the Victims’ Bill of Rights, 1995, Audette Shephard of Scarborough be reappointed as part-time member of the Office for Victims of Crime, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective January 1, 2026.

Audette Shephard’s designation as vice-chair of the Office for Victims of Crime by Order in Council O.C. 650/2024 will end on December 31, 2025.
