On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Endangered Species Act, 2007,

Derek Parks of Shuniah

be reappointed as a part-time member on the Committee on the Status of Species at Risk in Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective from January 9, 2023, or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
