On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Endangered Species Act, 2007,

Derek Parks of Shuniah,

be appointed as a part-time member and designated Chair of the Committee on the Status of Species at Risk in Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this Order in Council.

And further that Order in Council 142/2023 to be revoked effective the date that this Order in Council is made.
