On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Dowhan was appointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective November 2, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1588/2023;

And whereas Robert Dowhan was appointed as part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective November 2, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1592/2023;

And whereas Robert Dowhan tendered his resignation effective August 9, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 and subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, Orders in Council O.C. 1588/2023 and O.C. 1592/2023 are revoked effective August 9, 2024.
