On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of By-Law Number 2 of the Ontario Trillium Foundation (the “Foundation”) that Order in Council O.C. #821/2014 dated April 30, 2014, approving Amos Key for election as a member to the board of directors of the Foundation, be revoked.
