Order in Council 1464/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Paul Brennan of Toronto be reappointed as full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective January 6, 2024.
