On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 162(1)(c) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

LEA M. RAY of Richmond Hill

be reappointed a part-time member of the board of directors of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board effective December 3, 2016 to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from December 3, 2016.
